Who we are

Mintly is a service of Realty International LLC, a Virginia company. This page covers mintlyva.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. On the homeowner waitlist: your name, email, neighborhood, home type and what you are interested in. On the Work with us form: company name, contact name, email, phone, service areas, crew size, and your answers about licensing and insurance.

How we use it

To plan the launch, schedule visits and contact you about Mintly. We do not sell your information. If you become a member, we share your name, address and visit details only with the people who carry out your Mintly visits.

Who handles it for us

Form submissions are stored with Buttondown, our email list provider, which sends a confirmation email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Every email from us has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your information by replying to any email we send you.
